By accessing or using Tixie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use our service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Tixie
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You may not use Tixie for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
You agree not to misuse Tixie or help anyone else do so. Prohibited activities include:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our services or systems
Disrupting or interfering with our services or servers
Using automated tools to access our services without permission
Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Using Tixie to store or share illegal content
Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others
Reselling or redistributing our services without authorization
Using our AI models to build competing services
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection
All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
We may change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers
You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
Unpaid accounts may be suspended or deleted after 30 days
You retain all rights to your code, data, and content. You grant us permission to:
Process your repositories with AI for ticket generation and analysis
Store and display your content as necessary to provide the service
Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services
The Tixie service, including all software, design, text, and graphics, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service.
We target 99.5% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access
We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
Support response times depend on your plan level
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Tixie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
You're responsible for backing up your data; we're not liable for data loss
AI-generated content is provided for convenience; you're responsible for reviewing it
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
You can delete your account at any time from your settings
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
You can export your data before termination
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Tixie after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We prefer to resolve disputes amicably. Please contact us at legal@tixie.dev before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we're incorporated.
