Tixie uses OAuth to securely connect to GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. We request read access to analyze your code and optional write access for creating issues. You can revoke access at any time from your Git provider settings.
No. Your code is only used to provide the Tixie service to you. We never use your proprietary code to train AI models. Claude AI processes your code in real-time for analysis but doesn't retain or learn from it.
Yes! Tixie works with both public and private repositories. All data from private repositories is encrypted and protected with enterprise-grade security measures.
You can export all your data before canceling. After cancellation, your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period, then is permanently deleted within 30 days unless you reactivate.
