How does Tixie integrate with my Git repositories?

Tixie uses OAuth to securely connect to GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. We request read access to analyze your code and optional write access for creating issues. You can revoke access at any time from your Git provider settings.

Will my code be used to train AI models?

No. Your code is only used to provide the Tixie service to you. We never use your proprietary code to train AI models. Claude AI processes your code in real-time for analysis but doesn't retain or learn from it.

Can I use Tixie with private repositories?

Yes! Tixie works with both public and private repositories. All data from private repositories is encrypted and protected with enterprise-grade security measures.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

You can export all your data before canceling. After cancellation, your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period, then is permanently deleted within 30 days unless you reactivate.

How accurate is the AI ticket generation?

Claude AI analyzes code context, patterns, and best practices to generate relevant tickets. While accuracy is high (typically 70%+ acceptance rate), we recommend reviewing AI-generated tickets before adding them to your board.

Can I customize the AI analysis?

Yes! You can configure which types of issues to detect (bugs, technical debt, TODOs, etc.), set priority thresholds, and define custom automation rules for your workflow.

Does Tixie support multiple programming languages?

Yes, Tixie supports all major programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Ruby, PHP, and more. The AI analysis adapts to the language and frameworks you use.

How does billing work for team plans?

Team plans are billed per user per month. You can add or remove team members anytime, and billing adjusts automatically on your next billing cycle.
